ONLY PICKLEBALL RETURN POLICY -

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS 
Face Masks and Face Shields: For health and safety reasons, all face mask and face shield sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable. 

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS 
In case of damage or defect, send us a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. Once the claim has been substantiated by Only Pickleball, we will offer a replacement, refund or account credit. 

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may need to be returned to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product and appropriate remedy. 

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST? 
If Only Pickleball determines that an item was Defective or arrived in Damaged condition, we will provide you with a Mailing Label and instructions to return the item(s) to us. 

For Exchanges and all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Only Pickleball will not reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must FIRST make arrangements with us as to how the return should be handled prior to sending the items back to Only Pickleball. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM For Returns, Refunds or Exchanges, you must make a request within 14 days of receiving the shipment by contacting us via phone or email. Please specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (exchange for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund. Be sure to provide digital images of damaged or defective products. 

HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS 
If you requested a refund, be aware that funds can typically take 7-21 days to be posted to the account that was originally used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of your bank/credit card). 

If you requested an account credit, funds typically take 24-48 hours to appear in your Only Pickleball account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on OnlyPickleball.com. This credit will be valid for 365 days from the date it is issued. 

Apparel items may only be exchanged for a different apparel style of equal or lesser value. Non-apparel items may only be exchanged for a similar non-apparel item of equal or lesser value.
